No. First of all, we haven't even declared war on Iraq as Congress can only do that. Second, we aren't really fighting a country but basically rebels in the country and they haven't formed allies with other countries to fight the US and the other troops involved. This happened in both world wars. They haven't turned half of the world on us and our allies. Hence, no world war. Yes, there have been many deaths, but in other World Wars, many many more people died for their countries. So, I don't think the Iraq war could be considered a world war.

No the Muslims have that title. They started WW III on 9-11-01. Many of the religious leaders have said that they are going to take over the world and then the universe.

There are always a lot of countries involved in wars. That's what the UN is for. Our efforts in Iraq and Afghanistan are to try and prevent WW3 from happening, not start it.

Iraq is not a real war. The American people are not sacrificing anything. It is just a foreign adventure promoted by the Bush clique for their own purposes. Congress never declared war on Iraq. The American people never voted for it. And so far as I have noticed no members of the Bush family are in uniform.

No, Because Iraq is not the world. It's only religious cranks jumping around in the sand, because they have nothing else to do with their time.

Nope, in order for it to be a War, congress has to declare a war.
AND with all the tree huggers and mental midgets in congress, it is not likely to happen.
