Yes during my worst times. Describe these symptoms to your doctor as they are serious.

Incidentally, if you smoke weed please stop because it will make your current situation worse.

Your stressed man

Cut down on the old intoxicants firstly as if you have used them as a coping mechanism in the past then it is now only making things worse

Stress can scramble the brain like this but its not permanent you just need some rest and relaxation. The first answerer is being sarcastic by the way

I thought I was alone. Just got out of hospital after an acute reaction to stress.....Still here though. Go and speak to your GP. Before you go and react in the same way I have.

Sure have. When I found myself talking to myself, I just thought time to get help, and cut down on drinking. Something worked because I don't do any of that anymore, so you are not on your own with this.

I'm not an 'expert', however, I notice that you have an 11% 'best answer' rating. That means that you're ok. I think that you're just going through a period of insecurity....as we all do from time to time. Nothing to worry about, but, if it persists, seek help from your GP/MD.
