I'm having a lunchin and would like to serve beef dips
could you please let me know the best beef,buns and sauce to use to make them. Directions on how to cook and serve the beef would also help. Thank you

You can take an inexpensive roast, cut off any visible fat ,season with salt, pepper, garlic or whatever seasoning that you like. Add a can of beef broth. You can put it a crock pot (or oven) and cook until tender. In an oven about 3 hours at 350 degrees. The roast is finished when tender. You can use the juice (au jus) for dipping your beef dips in. I really like potatoe rolls, but any good roll will do. Also, check allrecipes.com and type in what you want. They have lots of great recipes!! I always try the recipes that are rated 41/2 - 5 stars. Beef dip? Why not a cheese dip? Mix it with ground beef that has been seasoned with a little chili powder, cumin, and a tad of salt and pepper. (It is spelled luncheon, byw.)
