In English, it's usually referred to as the "wedding day."
You could also say it was the "day you were wedded," but I've never seen anyone use "wedded day."

Wedding day, because it's the day of your wedding.
We don't use "wedded" much. It may be a correct past tense, but we use "wed" as the past more often. (Actually, we usually use "married" when we want the past tense.)
