if you're asking us for help, it shows that you are unsure and therefore you aren't ready. Wait it out a bit longer.

well all the tips i can give u is be safe about it and it really doesnt matter if u have been with him a really long time because u never kno, not saying that u shouldnt trust him or anything but juss be safe about it and when it comes to the pain part just tell him that u would like for him to take it slow and when u get used to it then things will go further.

the thing with girls is we always over analyze. Seriously i didnt give it up until i was 21 and finally when i did. it was like are you kidding me. What the hell did i wait for. And if you guys have been together that long and not done it then he will be overly excited and probably only last 5 minutes. DO NOT CRY! try to relax and just be in the moment. dont think too much and just go with the flow.

I just lost my virginity not that long ago. Best thing for the first few times you should really let him be on top. Tell him to get you good and wet first so its easier for him to slide in. TAKE THINGS SLOOOWWW. It wont hurt AS much after a couple times but its definitley going to hurt. All I can say about that is take a deep breath sister. After awhile you'll get the hang of it and you and your boyfriend can work at it together. Good luck!

Hopefully you have had some sort of sex education, especially RE: sexually transmitted diseases, pregnancy, etc. My advice would be to tell your Mom you going to become sexually active, if that is not an option for you, visit your Dr./ARNP, Gyn or the local health dept., there is plenty info out there, don't be afraid to ask. There is no such thing as a stupid question.Be responsible.

Just learn as much as you can about sex and the consequences of it like STDs, HIV, pregnancy and prepare for them. Get protection and actually USE IT!

Now for tips, just take things slow. Explore your bodies. Take your time. Kiss, touch, feel. First time is exciting but also scary. Just make sure he goes easy and gives you lots of attention.

But before all of that, MAKE SURE YOU'RE READY! If you poll girls, most of us say we wish we would have waited!

Good luck

Condoms are not enough. Start taking the pill before you have sex, and use both methods together. As for the rest, just let things happen.
