Grilled boneless pork chops, microwave-baked potatoes, steamed fresh asparagus and carrots. For desert, I've got the last of yesterday's key lime pie.

Tomorrow I'm trying a new recipe, Orange Ginger Chicken with Almonds. I'm going to serve it over brown and wild rice, with green beans and mushrooms. Dessert will be Cookies 'n' Cream ice cream.
