at 22 , would you date somone in their 60's?why or why not? what challenges do you think you would face?

To me, someone who is in their 60s and is going after 22 year olds has some major pedophile issues. I would actually check his criminal record! Also, he is purely doing it for sex, not for actual affectionate reasons. This age difference is too vast for the couple to have anything REALLY in common.

And, there's the fact that he is on the opposite side of the hill from you. I don't think 60s is old, but it is old enough to start worrying more about major health problems.

No. first off how long will they live. If you fall in love with them why set your self up for heartache when they pass in about 20 years. second, they are sixty and honestly at 22 you will want to make love to your partner, I am sure a 60 year old is not going to keep up with you. I dont mean that crudly it is just a fact. and then there are the obviuos differences in energy, abilty, health etc.

At 22 which I am not but if I were, well a man in their sixties, I wouldnt be in the same mindset. He would be worrying about maintaining his health and slowing down some, I would be feeling strong and maybe be alittle careless. I honestly would feel I was with my dad which to me is totally sick, plus you will have to deal with your parents aging and their sickness if you ended up with a man older then your father..well there is a good point there, your parents and him would get along playing bridge in the seniors home and you can come and bring them all treats and you wouldnt have to go to different places. They could all live in the same old age home..there is that benefit!

No because when the age gap is that large, the person in their 60s seems to treat you and think of you like a child. I would think this was a challenge and your sex life would be a challenge.

OMG no!!! They're way too old and unless you're a gold digger, that's disgusting! They're old enough to be your grandparents!!! You can be friends, but I wouldn't go anywhere beyond that unless you're desperate!! You face them dying while you're still young, you face going into stores all of the time and everyone thinking that you're their grandson/daughter, or if you're holding hands that you're a gold digger even if that's not your intention.

No way...because if a man that old is attracted to a woman that young than there is a possibility that he likes girls even younger...so if you ever had a daughter...you never could be sure. And for another..it's gross...I don't see how someone could date someone almost old enough to be their grandpa.

the challenges: need for viagra, people thinking youre a gold digger, not being physically attracted to my partner, not having anything in common, not being able to do physical activities (hiking, bike riding, etc) the list goes on and on
