If you go to this site, there are over 1000 fonts, you can find it there. I think its called ' AdineKimberg-Script.
There is also a program you can down load that will tell you the name of fonts that you have or don't have. Hope this helps.

I don't recognize it, try ask here PA. ( It doesn't matter if you don't live in Pennsylvania.)

it is similar to Lucida Handwriting, that's all I can tell you.
