Nyah mean?! Like how diet pop doesn't gain you weight, yet it's even unhealthier for you than regular pop, especially the Splenda.

of course there is a catch-its loaded with artificial colors, flavors and toxic phoney sugar. All that stuff is bad for you, and cause serious health issues. Better to make your own soda using fruit juice and bottled seltzer water.

Corn syrup, most Americans have 63 pounds of corn syrup a Year, unbelievable, yes, 'sugar free' 99.9% (Lol, That might possibly be an exageration I'm just guessing percentage here ;)) means that as a substitute, they use corn syrup. Corn syrup is VeRy BaD for your body stay away from it and don't drink the diet sodas or this stuff!

there is sugar and artificial coloring in it, just like sugerless gum even though it doesn't have sugar it has chemical sweetners that can actually cause seizures.

Crystal Light is actually good for you. there is no catch. Even nutrionists reccomend it. My sister loves it.
