Chocolate is not good for a dog. Bakers chocolate is extremely harmful. A person needs to take them to a vet for them to induce vomiting and then pour activated charcoal down their throats.
So, if your dog ate some chocolate I advise you to go to the vet.

Chocolate can cause violent seizures in a puppy. This is not 100%, but you should definitely avoid it.
Theobromine, a chemical in chocolate is hard for their little bodies to metabolize.

The sugar makes them hyper and the chocolate is a strong stimulant to their system, much like a big dose of caffeine for a human. You should not give any do chocolate.

It depends on how much you give them but it is NEVER good to let them get ahold of any amount... here are some things that can result in letting a dog have chocoate....
Hyper excitability
Hyper irritability
Increased heart rate- could lead to heart attacks etc...
Restlessness
Increased urination
Muscle tremors
Vomiting- Can also dehydrate your pet
Diarrhea- which can really dehydrate your pet-- many pets die from dehydration.
And possibly death! So be careful!!!

Never give chocolate to a dog!!! Chocolate is toxic and will kill a dog.

chocolate increases the chances of the dog getting heart problems and also is hard for the dog to digest which can cause vomiting.

it upsets their stomch really bad.. if they eat to much it could kill them
