Picture the swing and shot as it would be when done perfecty..ball ends up by he flag....then repeat it this time for real ...for chip shots take practice swings looking at the spot that you need to be landing the ball...swing the club looking at that spot till you know its the right length and club speed and of course the right club to pull off the shot...then walk into the shot and duplicate..if you see the ball landing...ya look up...so dont be doing that...to relax take the stress out of the arms and hands by slightly wiggeling your wrist and elbo joints a little before starting the back swing...ya cant get a good swing tempo going by starting the movment from a frozen like position. There are also images that can be made up..like seeing a wide open fairway as a narrow railroad track that your gonna drive the ball down....the idea here is that its better to be aiming small then just thinking its a big fairway so I cant miss...well what ends up happening a lot in this case is the wide open fairways is not hit as often as it should be by good golfers becuse they bother to take time to really aim at anything...bottom line here is that you can play games in your head to make golf fun and that in turn will help you concentrate..just a diffrent way of going about it..also make sure that the tee markers or tee itself isnt subconciously lineing you up towards a area that you dont want the ball to be going..on any given tee pick a flat area to stand or you can use one that slopes to your advantage if you need to be working the ball...also in the wind try looking at the tops of the trees to se how strong the wind is...the waves on any lakes can be very telling as to wind strenght and direction...theres lots of good stuff you can be thinking of while you playing a round of golf that will help keep your mind sharp.................next case.

I used to get all wrapped up by a 4' put or long approach shot. Then I realized the following:
1. This is a game
2. I started playing for enjoyment and relaxation
3. The world isn't watching me
Then, I imagine the best shot that I can make, set up for it and do my best. If I succeed, I feel great. If I fail, I'll use it as an opportunity to learn and improve the next time.
When you enjoy your game, you'll learn to enjoy golf.

in my opinion i might decide for the concentration. motives for that are I certainly have a concentration and have use of a golf at artwork. the golf is a badcontinual and not comfortable over long distance. additionally seem at what Clarkson mentioned with reference to the concentration, on suitable kit - 'between the main good autos he has ever offered' if i become you i might take the two for a trycontinual then make up your individual concepts. only bear in concepts the VW automobile employer become invented via Hitler!

Read "The Inner Game of Golf" by W. Timothy Gallwey. It's the great sports book ever written. The man is a genius. You will improve drastically, I promise.

before evry shot, concentrate on what you want to happen. Picture each and every shot, take a practice swing or two, and remember what you pictured before, and execute. Try to remember to do this as much as you can. I used to have the same problem as you...so i know what I'm talking about.
