B-complex high potency vitamin (B-150) will definitely help when taken before going to sleep. Drink lots of water when you wake, and a Tylenol. Don't use Tylenol over extended periods for hangover relief. This can cause damage to the liver and other organs. If your really hurting, drink a couple beers, turn on the tv and stay in bed. Sometimes this is the least painful solution when you can't turn back time. The chaser pills contain high doses of B vitamins, and"help". The key word is help...But if you wana dance, you have to pay the band!

Chaser pills don't work, but all the water you are suposed to take with them does. Get into the habit of having some Gatorade handy before you crash, it will make a world of difference. If you drink it before you go to sleep, even better.

If it's the next morning, well, grab the gatorade or water to rehydrate yourself, take a shower to wake up, and pop a Midol Complete. All right, you will be fine with just a couple asprin, but hear me out on the Midol Complete: it has caffine. And other stuff that will boost your mood and take away pain.

Eating a banana can give you a boost also. If you are still tired after all of this, grab yourself your usual caffine boost, be it coffee, Red Bull, or (my fav) Sobe Adrenaline Rush.

Don't know about the chaser pill but before you go to bed drink 3 glasses of water. You are dehydrated in the morning from the alcohol. By putting water in you system, you will feel alot better. Try it.

Prevention is the best cure. Drink lots of water before you go to sleep. Or even better, drink a glass of water for every glass/bottle/shot of alcohol you have.

Try to eat something before you go to bed too.

If you drink a lot of water and take a couple tylenol before you go to bed that should solve all of your drinking problems. If you feel sick in the morning drink a beer and your good to go.

whenever i'm going to be drinking a lot i will have an 8oz glass of water between drinks. Hangovers are caused by dehydration from the alcohol. Water keeps you hydrated. I never get hungover...NEVER!
