Can anyone tell me how to auto run a script when i plug in my usb?

I know to make an auto run i need to know how to do it using autoit program.
Anyone know?

if you are using a flash drive or anything thats hard drive like all you need is an autorun.exe file on it and that will run whenever that device is mounted.
