She forgives for she knows that they were dead. In the wild momma dogs would eat the dead ones. Gross I know but they do. Take good care of the ones that are still there and let her be a good mom to them too. You did nothing wrong at all. A lot of dogs lose multiple puppies at birth. Mommy dog will be fine.

I know you feel sad right now and responsible for what happened---and you should. YOU are the human and you are the one who decided to breed this female and have a third litter.
The reason you feel bad is because down deep inside you question whether or not you are wearing this dog out---and over-breeding her.
How old is this dog that has already had 3 litters of puppies? How many heats were between the litters?
There is no reason to keep putting a cockapoo through breeding, labor, birth, puppies and increased risk of health problems or death except to make money off her puppies---if you can tell me another reason you are breeding her, then I will humbly apologize.
But from where I sit you are using Ginger and her babies to line your pockets at HER expense and that of the puppies.
You hope she forgives you for removing the dead puppies? You should hope she forgives you for breeding her so many times---she is a COCKAPOO for crying out loud.

She probably knew they were dead and would have taken them off if you hadn't. The only thing I can think of off hand that might be a contributing factor is how long has it been since the last litter? Did the dog have time to recuperate sufficiently from the last litter? If it has been a year or more then it is difficult to say what happened. I wouldn't worry about it.

Nursing doggies takes plenty out of the female. She ought to have get admission to to all the pup nutrition she desires to consume 24/7. become she dewormed in the past giving beginning? She and the puppies may well be contaminated with parasites. She must be checked via your vet asap.

You can't blame yourself for what happened to the puppies this happens when you have large litters. My german shepherd had 22 puppies over a course of 3 years and she's lost like 5 out of 22 2 died when she tried to bring them in the house from the spot she kept them in when it got cold and the other two died after being born since she had litters of 8 puppies.

I would suggest a full veterinary checkup and then you should consider spaying your dog. The world is full enough of unwanted puppies. "Cockapoos" are not pure bred dogs and there is no need to create more of them, no matter how much you obviously love your pet.

It is ok, you did not do anything wrong. Things like this happen with human babies too and no one is to blame. They will be waiting on the Rainbow Bridge in heaven. Give Ginger a lot of love.

how sad and disusting.. why on earth would your breed your mixed breed dog,,, look at what you have done... shame on you.. a cockapoo is a MUTT that was bred by breeding an inferior cocker spaniel to an inferior poodle... temperament and tons of health issues result in this irresponsible breeding and for you to admit that you keep repeating the breeding is AWFUL!! Spay your mutt and educate yourself.. do us all a favor

Of course your dog know, and it could have just been a bad litter this time. You can't blame yourself, your dog will always love you.
