Slim Fast is actually very good for you as long as you drink at least 64 ounces of water a day you can lose a significant amount of weight. I would suggest walking everyday for 30 minutes as well! Good Luck! I was 187 and in less than 3 months I went down to 125!!! How great is that!?

Slim Fast scares me. I once looked at the ingredients on some of the bars and they didn't seem to be much better than candy bars. I saw enriched flour, corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup artificial and natural flavors and some things I couldn't even pronounce. I figured I was better off with Kashi bars. They're cheaper and much healthier. I only looked at them because I had a coupon and it was on sale. Not worth the price. (I was only going to buy them because I like to have granola bars on hand in case I need a non-perishable snack to take with me.)
Just go with healthy, whole foods and move around more.

This is not good for you. It's liquid and your body is made to ingest foods. Start watching your portions and stay away from these things and only have them once a week: cheeses, sodas, sweets, fast foods. Start including fruits, veggies, turkey instead of beef, low cal meals. Include exercise daily for a minimum of 30 minutes 4-6 days a week with a day of rest. hope this helps.....

im not sure if it works for everyone but i know someone who lost 30 lbs on it. they dont taste too bad either. i think it will work. just try it. they have lots of flavors and varieties. good luck
