Call animal control and they will come and set out traps to catch them and take them away for you.

You can call animal control and ask them to set traps for them but they may charge you a deposit for the trap.In IL. it's 35.00 for them to leave one. You'll get it back when they remove the trap.
You can go buy your own trap for about the same price and set some canned food inside and catch them yourself then call animal control to remove them.
Or you could take food outside and sit next to it showing no interest in the kittens at all. When you go inside take the food with you.It won't take too many tries before they all realize that you and food go hand in hand.If they want to eat they have to accept your presence. But don't try to do this too fast.Start by setting the food a few feet away from you and gradually move it closer until it's at your feet.Within 2 weeks you'll be pet them and by 3 weeks they should tolerate being held. But this depends on how often you try to gain their trust daily and the age of the kittens.
If they are very small yet their little tummies will win out over their fear of you real fast.

I am having a similar problem at the moment. I live in a country where the winter is severe and just coming to an end. I have quite a large country property and during the winter noticed a male, female and kitten looking very hungry and cold outside when it was about -40C. I believe something or somebody may have evicted them from a nearby farm barn. I have fed them twice a day, and placed a water dish by an external warm vent to prevent it from freezing. They all look exactly alike, grey tabby with beautiful white marking. They have spent most of the time under a wooden deck adjoining the house. I too do not relish the thought of more cats running around as I believe that all cats should be inside cats, and I have one of my own inside, healthy and safe from weather and wild animals, and where she cannot kill the wild birds. They are losing their fear of me, and I hope to take them to an animal shelter to have them neutered and spayed and will then allow them to live the rest of their lives in an outside shelter on my property.
I have lived in two other hot countries and have had similar problems and dealt with them in the same way, but on leaving left the cats care to others. You must be in one of the warm US southern states, so it will be easier for you to get them used to you and your voice and food offerings by being outside with them. It is best to have help when catching them. A large bath towel can work wonders when placed over kittens and wear heavy thick garden gloves and gently put them in a pet carrier. Make sure you give them to an animal shelter that keeps them and doesn't just euthanise them, but places them up for adoption to a safe home.

You could put something in the cat food, like a sterilizer or sleeping pills. Don't give them human medication, but you should go to the Pharamacy or the Vet and ask. You could set a trap, like when you step into a cage it will automatically close and the cat will be trapped. If you get the pound to come and get them, they will more than likely be put down, you should keep it, and then put an AD in the NewsPaper. And if you don't know who's cat it is you could also put a "Found" animal in the NewsPaper. I've done it before, I have a lot of strays but I also grew close to them and now I have 16 cats. ♥The American Idiot♥ ~Luv Megan~

Like someone said you can call animal control and they will get them for you. If you want to do them yourself you can call a shelter or a cat rescue and ask if you can borrow a cage trap. Set the food in it and they will go in there after the food if hungry. Cat rescue would be good cause htey will take care of them by domesticating them and finding a home for them.

Call a pet rescue group. If you call animal control and they catch them, then they will most likely be euthanized at some point. Rescue groups will provide a foster home and do their best to ensure that these guys have good homes.

Don't mess with feral cats because they're wild and many of them are sick and diseased and if you try to catch them they will either bite or scratch you. Let experienced animal trappers or your city or town's animal control department handle that. You dont' want to risk getting bit and having to undergo painful rabies shots or being treated for scratches and other injuries due to trying to catch these animals.

I would probably call the humane society, or some special pet place that can help you.
Good luck with those kittens, and are you going to sell any of them?

Try catching them in a butterfly type net and be sure to wear gloves. Those little things have very sharp teeth and claws.
