First, I'd check to be sure they sent the refund on the 9th. If it was mailed, one week should still be long enough. If you requested Direct Deposit, it should have posted to you account no later then Mon, 3-12. If the account number for direct deposit was not correct, the bank would reject the deposit and the IRS will issue a check. According to the IRS "Where's My Refund" page, you can trace your refund 28 days after the issue date.
