Just send the winery an email asking who is their NYC distributor and then call the distributor for the shop nearest you that carries it.

If by chance (hard to imagine) the winery has no NYC wholesaler I believe New York is what they call a "reciprocal state that allows consumers to order and receive wines directly from wineries in other U.S. reciprocal states (which Washington is, I think).
