How can I use my DV Camcorder in conjunction with my apple lap top and projector to project a live video pict?

You could just connect the camcorder directly to the projector - unless the project doesn't have AV ports.

Most projectors have AV plugs. Just connect the AV cable to both, vcam and projector and start recording. Set the projector to video. Some cameras would stop providing video feed to the projector when not in record mode or when recording stops, e.g. tape is already full. No need for a computer during live feed.
