Im wondering whether i have it or not... apparently 25% of people have it but dont realise.

I have IBS, and my most common symptoms are severe abdominal cramping and diarrhea. But I also know those who's symptoms include severe constipation and nausea.
To get an accurate diagnosis, you need to see a gastroenterologist, and go thru a battery of tests.

Symptoms of IBS are:
Extremely gassy or bloated
Diarrhea or runny type stool
cramping
nausea and some vomiting due to the stomach discomfort(varies by person)
Constipated feeling that is sometimes persistent
