Do you believe during taravih prayer you must finish the entire Qur'an or what?

Taraweeh prayer is the special prayer during Ramadan after the night time prayer. Some people pray 8, some 12, but most it is 20 rakats.

It is not NECESSARY to complete the Qur'an, but it is so beneficial to do so. Imagine listening to the entire Qur'an in one month. If you read along while recites, then you get more sawab!

Others recite basic surahs like Asr, which is ok, but meh.

I never prayed a word from the koran and I am just doing fine without the hassle.
