I cannot find anything online or at bike shops.

These wheels have cartridge bearings and a special axle, it mounts on one side only.

you should be able to get some from Motobecane directly or one of their agents. Contact them here.

Alternatively If you take your wheels to your local bike shop they may be able to match the hubs on a new wheel, Get a wheel that will match your axles, or repair the wheels with new rims.(you might have to try a few shops many don't seem to like building wheels these days)

you stated that you could not find anything at bike shops... did you take it in to one? they should be able to match up wheels that will work (if not in stock, they can order)
