can anyone tell me how to get rid of spot scars? I know they may not go away straight away but there must be something to help make them go. I heard eating black grapes helps heal them. But besides that had anyone got any old remedies for this. or anything else? i don't like the idea of any products to use of my face for spot scars but if you really have to name a few then go ahead. all though i won't be willing to try them.

i am so sick of spots and spot scars. They make me feel so ugly and self concious. I am not ugly but the spots make me feel ugly and they are just in the way - if you like. I havn't got achne but after one spot clears up one appears again its like it never ends! i just want to cry sometimes because its depressing to keep having to look at the odd spots in the mirror.

Spot scars?
You mean acne scars right? The ones that WERE pimples but you picked at them leading them to be acne scars :D
Well my cousins friend had them, she use to come over my house everyday to hang out and she tried using something called Curad Scar Therapy.
You get it at drugstores for 15 dollars and you wear
it 8 weeks EVERYDAY and 12 hours a day, do not miss a single day or it will not work.
She said it works great and in two months, she noticed all her scars were fading away and dissappearing right away.
You should give it a try too :D

sorry to tell you, but there is no “cheap” treatment for that. Sad truth about spots is that they get to you twice: when you get them, and the scars they leave behind. Chemical peels, which are a bit expensive, might appeal to you, but you’re removing the whole top layer, meaning you’re not really “scraping off” the uneven parts to make them more even. I’ve tried it, along with a bunch of scar creams, nothing worked. I’m now going to a laser center, and they shoot my pores so my oil glands gets damaged not much, but just enough to make them smaller & less active (hence less zits), while reactivating the collagen on that caved in spot. Scars are formed when collagen does not build up fast enough before the skin heals completely. My scars are getting so much better and I’m not yet halfway through the treatment. If you have money to cash out, you might also want to consider fat/ collagen injections. That’ll even it out completely.

Like you i was reluctant to use chemicals but boy am i glad i did! I could not afford salon treatments but sought professional advice & was told to use a facial peel containing hydroxy acids 3 times a week, I also changed my moisturiser to one containing retinal and non-comeodegenic (wont clog pores) After 1 week i could see a marked difference & after 4 weeks am estactic that the scars around my jaw line & cheek are almost gone & i get far fewer breakouts!
It worked for me hope you find something that works for you!!

I use Garnier Pure A daily treatment moisturiser, which is specially formulated for skin that's prone to imperfections. Use this inplace of your normal moisturiser. They have a day and night moisturiser.

If you have any scars on your body, use Palmers Cocoa Butter: you can buy this at your local supermarket.

Hi
The best way to treat scars is to mix and apply 2 drops of T Tree oil and 2 drops of lavender oil morning and night. You will not get rid off these scars without applying something to them and no amount of black grapes will get rid off them.

You should use strong medical lotion. Like moisture therapy. Or any medical lotion. eat a lot of fruit and water. most of all stay healthy. if you smoke that's another thing. cuz smoking causes those. or you just got hurt and the scar wont go away. if that doesnt work visit yur doctor. good luck peace out!

Try using Aloe Vera.
Buy the plant, cut off a piece, rinse it very well, and squeeze out the gel like substance. Then splash your face with water and smoothe this gel over your face like you would do with a regular face wash. Leave it on for 30 seconds and then wash it off with plain water ( it takes a while for it to come off, so use plenty of water). Your skin will be soothed and moisurized. And it will aid in your skin's ability to heal faster.
Use this in substitute of a regular face wash.

I have the same problem. Apparently an ingredient called Kinetin helps clear them up faster. I think Almay do a moisturiser that contains this, otherwise I think they just go with time. Good luck!
