OHH I have the same thing! Its called Keratosis Pilaris. I don't think there's a specific treatment since it's something hereditary, but you should see a dermatologist. But what might help is taking vitamin A, using mild exfoliating scrubs with moisturizer in them, which helps me.
Its ok though...its pretty common...

I have that also, and also have it on the top of my thighs. The skin doctor called it keratosis pilaris. The hair shafts break off and that causes a small bump and they get hard and turn abit red. Scrubbing it hard helps, then a good moisture lotion or something with a little anti inflamatory in it from the skin doctor will help it. There is no cure for it he said, if that is what you have.

It's $20 and comes with a money back guarantee. Intense Moisture Cream also works great on dry elbows and heels. Check it out at suenelson.lbri.com.

My mom has this problem too. I gave her some Burt's Bees Coconut Foot Creme (yes, foot creme) to try and she said it helped a lot. I have also heard of people using this product for a leave-in hair conditioner. It has a great smell and it's worth a try. I would recommend not putting it on right before bed because it can leave a greasy film for a couple of hours. I hope this helps!

Go to a physician they can check to see if there is any hormonal imbalance or whatever. I had the same thing and they went away on their own but really just go see a doctor to rule out any other complications.

Go to a doctor. Find out if it is eczema or merely an allergy.

Could be eczema. Go to a dermatologist and they have prescription strength lotions that should help.
