drink LOTS of water. run every day for atleast 45 minutes, eat in smaller portions/low calorie foods, lots of fruits and vegetables. you can try cleansing your system. thats when you eat fruits and vegetables and drink water for three days straight.

For a woman, forget it. This is too much, too fast. Totally unhealthy.
The old fashioned way, work out, cut out fried, processed foods, and sweets.

Drink lots of water.
