Just say "I'm not looking to form a relationship. I'll call you if I'd like to get together again".
Most guys will know what that means.
If he doesn't, then you're justified in telling him more directly: "Please don't call me again, and I'd rather not discuss why."

You can tell him that you aren't interested in dating now, and that he would be happier looking for others to date... it has to be about you, not him, then his feelings wont get hurt

uh, yeah i've had that problem so many times. like sometimes i'll just tell my friend to give them the wrong number so they get the idea. or like just answer every other call and don't like ever call them

Well whatever you do do not ignore him, you need to tell him straight out that it will never be, than after that tell him to **** off. Once you tell him that tell him that you are his enemy and you will never communicate with him again.

be honest with him tell him you had a great time with him but you didn't feel a strong connection and that connection is very important to you. tell him you wish him luck finding someone but your not "the one"
