I want to know how to do my hair like this!?

by the way... my hair is fairly straight and when i scrunch it, it goes really curly. n when i blow dry it, it really doesn't work!

I would wash my hair then blow dry it with mousse then put your hair in several plaits and leave them in for a few hours (preferably overnight) then take the plaits out and scrunch your hair, failing that you could try large rollers or curling tongs.

Get Some Mousse (Extra Strong Hold Is Best)
Put Some Into Your Hand And Grab A Clump Of Hair And Smother It Into Your Hair ( It Looks Better If You Just Do It At The Bottom)
Scrunch The Hair In Your Hand , Like Grab It With The Mousse, And Lift Up Your Hand (Like You're Lifting Something Up And Grabbing At The Same Time)
Keep Doing This And You'll Get The Effect Of Ashley Olsen :D

just scrunch drying should work, maybe invest in a diffuser for some volume, try using mousse to keep the raggy look all day

as long as your hair is not too heavy or too poker straight you should be able to manage it

I would do it first hairspraying it, then get a curling iron and instead of like you know when you clip your hair into the curling iron to curl it, just wrap your hair around the curling iron. then run your fingers through your hair. and your done

get curlers then put them in it will make loose curls then hairspray your har and pull your finger through your hair try it it might work
