I want to know how to take a sine wave and alter the phase when at zero or peak?

I need to see a circuit that can do this at high frequencies like 13.56 m hz. Preferably a simple circuit. I hope it can be done with an op amp or transistors.

How much phase modulation do you want to apply?
I can't think of anything simple.

You probably need to shape the sinewave into a square wave, then use that to "edge trigger" the phase change.
Which implies some form of digital manipulation, rather than analog.
