Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

Well don't be down on yourself. Self Esteem is key in weight loss. Just walk more, drink a lot more water, play some sports, watch less television and eat less portions on your plate. Good luck sweetie. Think positive.

Uuh, start an exercise program. Take it easy, you'll build it from there. Ask your doctor, ask you parents if they can afford to send you to the gym. YMCA has good sports programs, that can help. You're at a great age to exercise and make friends, sports will be good. Your pick!
If you can't get rid of sodas, I suggest try diet, also try healthier choices of snacks. Eventually cut them off your diet, slowly, but trust me, it is better for you.

exactly...you are 12 years old. Dont worry about weight loss. You are still growing and have baby fat on you. Once you hit puberty you will grow into yourself. Just have fun. Walk outside, play catch with the guys, just be a kid.

im not sure if you need to lose weight, how tall are you??? and you didnt even hit your growth spurt yet, your going to get a lot taller......just enjoy your life and stay away from fast food and exercise!!!! dont worry, you are fine!
