My next door neighbor has a pit bull (although I think this dog is mixed) that he named "Meaty". I liked the name, given a dog's love of meat and that it ties into the more masculine side of a pitbull. Yet, the "y" ending also makes it softer (so it's not too tough sounding, like "Killer").
