I have to write a "Journal Entry" that asks 'Why do people crash parties? What kinds of unexpected things could happen at a party when the host/hostess has uninvented and unwanted guests?'

I suspect people do this in the name of good ole fashioned fun. The fact that they are uninvited allows them a certain freedom to do things or act a certain way without the same consequences as a guest who is invited that knows and must face the other attendees and or host at some point in the future. A wide spectrum of wild things could go down as result from brutal fistfights to peeing on the carpeting, to theivery. Any way you cut it, this is quite an interesting and exciting set of cisrumstances. Good luck.

Well I think they crash parties because they are rude and in actuality they really wanted to be invited. Unexpected things to occur---really depends on the type of people:
Worst case scenario they could treat the hostess's place like crap and trash everything. Probably invite more unwanted guests over. Drink all the refreshments(even maybe steal some) & eat all of the food supplied( if there was any). All in all disrespect is the key word here as if they were respectful they wouldn't have shown up in the first place uninvited. Hope this helps.....

There are two reasons why people crash parties and neither are acceptable.

The first is, maybe they feel they are such good friends of the host or hostess that an invite to them is automatic. Oftentimes too, they come as quest of others that have been invited.

Secondly, there are those who see a party as an open invitation to come and eat and cause havoc. In this case the neighbors usually complain. Many times the local police are called to the scene because of unruly behavior, underage drinking and drugs, or excessively loud music. When the party spews out on to the lawn fights generally erupt that sometimes leave even the host or hostess hurt or dead.

because it is fun to go to a party no matter even if it is a strangers party. People who like to party will attend any party. What could happen with uninvited guests is that they dont know the host so they may trash the host's house, cause the cops to show up, and if a party crasher is drunk and leaves the party and crashes, the party crasher can SUE the host of the party even if the host did not serve alcohol. And even if that person was not invited. Many legal problems can result from having a party.

For starters, if it is a formal, RSVP only sit down dinner, and people come that you did not expect, you have the stress of finding a place for them or the embarassment of telling them to leave.

People crash parties because they were not invited and feel that they should be and are trying to make a statement. Or they are bored and heard about this ragin' party that you are throwing.

If I am going to crash a party I was not invtited to, I usually give the host a heads up.

Like on Halloween I wasn't personally invited, but I heard about it from friends. I e-mail the host and said I was crashing their party. They replied, no problem, it's a pot luck!

Your party should include only the people that you invited!

Anyone that enters your house without your invitation is trespassing. Simply find the two biggest guys in the room and have them escort the deadbeat crashers out physically, but without fighting. If they are too big, call the police and say that you have intruders at your private party that are scaring you and causing trouble.

People crash parties because they are too damn cheap to throw their own parties and are too boring to be invited a a good party. Usually, these people have similar qualities; eat too much, drink too much, loud, low class and take advantage of the property.

You don't need this aggravation!

For some people it is just a sport of sorts. Depending on the kind of party it is really fun. A wedding or birthday party is not really appropriate but crashing a Mardi Gras Party is a lot of fun and harmless.

If you crash a party where your presence is really unwanted problems may arise. For example at Marid Gras if a group of gay men crashed a straight party there might be conflict.

Yep, optimistic. what's much extra relaxing than this is bringing the party with you - only turning up at somebody's place, whilst they are having dinner or staring at television, with a minimum of a dozen human beings you have only further over from the pub, after some hours of preparatory ingesting and a speedy holiday to the bottle shop for aspects. I shop my sport of tornado reachable for such events.

They crash because they hear they are fun and want to be with the "in," croud. The bad thing is at those parties are alcohol, and drugs. It's their waste of time to believe that those parties are fun. They go and waste their life.
