Because of our sin we were separated from God and the Bible tells us that we are God's most precious creation. So of course He wants us back. Jesus goes to the cross because he loves us. It was his love that held him on the cross, he could have got off the cross at any point of time and it was his love for us that held him there. Now we get to heaven if we ask him to be our personal Savior. The part that makes me sad about people is that they think that you can get to heaven by being a good person. The Bible is very specific., No man shall come unto the Father except through the Son, Jesus Christ. He is the one that paid the price and bought us back , if we want to be bought back and saved from the fire of hell.

Not only by having faith in him but you must follow his teachings, try to do better, stop doing things that you know you should not, and do things that you should. This does not mean that you should be a crazed doom sayer, but just be a good person.

Jesus paid for everyones sins, but it is up to us to accept him and live by his teachings. Real faith is shown by works, not just saying "I am a christian."

If a person does not accept Jesus that is their choice, God gave us free will.

rememberance= became the symbol of Christianity
offense= the blameless taking ALL the blame for the sinners
submission= Christ gently take syou to your knees
statement= Defeated death and rose again on the 3rd day!

All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. God is rightoeus and the wages of sin is death . God came to the world in the form of man to overcome temptation and to fufill the law as a man and to pay the penalty of death for those who accept his atonement.

He died (and resurrected three days later) so that we would be able to be enter heaven. (because sin cannot exist in heaven, therefore, we needed a sacrifice that would take this sin away) Those who are disrespectful above, I hope you enjoy eternal life at 1,000,000,000,000,000...degrees.

If Jesus had only died, that would have been the end of it. Thousands were crucified, or executed in other, maybe equally grotesque ways. He not only died, He LIVED for us! He rose from the dead so we would know once and for all His power and glory, and that He can do the same for us.

That's what I've been told. Just can't image a god that would do such a thing to his only begotten son so that his followers could be unaccountable for their sins.
