I would suggest working your lats (right behind the shoulders) by usint the pull down bar, 3 sets is best. Light, heavier, and heaviest. Above the head shoulder raises with weights, lateral raises and forward raises.
Chest work will also help this area with some bench press. Do 3 sets of everything as above, challenge yourself but be careful when especially doing shoulder work and don't go too heavy right away, because when the shoulder joints or the rotator gets injured it takes forever to heal. The best way to work them is SLOW and easy start light and work up......Hope this helps...
