i am 13 years old and when i was six i got strep throat which lead to psoriasis...then summer of 2006 i got strep again and got psoriasis again...but now i had a sinus infection like a month and a half ago and was taking ammoxicillin for it and it went away soon after...now a month and a half later i'm breaking out in what appears to be psoriasis, but on my neck only. any tips? and if it is psoriasis, how can i prevent it from spreading any further? i'm halfway through the school year and i dont want to get it any worse.

my husband suffers from psoriasis for many years now, he uses a cream called dovebet which is really good, but as you are only 13 i am not sure whether it would be too strong for you! also plenty of sun (when we get it ) i would advise that you see your dr before it gets worse as there are many creams you can try.

Check for something called Repcillin, I know they are offering a coupon for $10 off somewhere in Yahoo!Answers for the Google shop.

It is amazing stuff, you being a little younger could use this because it has no steriods, it is made from the oil of an african crocodile and bees wax.....

raw unpasteurized apple cider vinegar, drink 1 to 2 tblspns in apple juice morning, noon and night
dab some vinegar straight on the patches,
drink the vinegar each day, even after the skin has cleared.
get it at the health food store for 5 dollars a qt
this will also help your skin stay clear
