Do you mean take him out of the nest and hand feed him?
It sounds to me like you have never done this before, but would like to tame a baby as a pet. I suggest you wait until he is about 3 weeks old, they are much easier to feed at this stage but still young enough to tame. In the mean time handle him a little each day so he gets to trust you. If you don't want to feed him yourself at all, wait until he is 6 weeks old before taking him out. By 6 weeks his father may still feed him every so often but he will be mostly eating on his own. Again, in the mean time, you should spend time with him and handle him every day. He will also start to fly about this time so make sure he's safe. i.e windows and doors closed, stoves off, bathroom doors closed. I suggest you get someone that knows what their doing to clip BOTH his wings this will make him dependant on you and he will bond to you more quickly.
Have a look at the site below lots of good advice.

until you can take him out of what? Out of the nest box? Outside? I'm not quite sure what the question is here.

As for the temperature thing, as I recall I stopped worrying too much about the temp of their food when they were around three weeks old. By this time, they're much bigger, have many half-formed feathers, and just seems much less fragile overall. They're fairly demanding too, and if they disapprove of aything they'll let you know pretty fast so I wouldn't worry about going too far wrong, because if you do you'll probably figure it out very quickly . I think just don't give him anything that's actually chilled below room temperature and you'll be just fine.

Good luck!

Once the baby is fully feather he will be ready to maintain his own heat. Until then he needs to remain in a temp. controlled enviroment such as a brooder. Which I'm pretty sure you have him in according to your question.
