Why don't you just accept that we don't agree with you? However, I do not believe Jesus is God, but the Son of God, but definitely more than just a "nice guy". If what you say is true, then they were really awesome to pull off the greatest scam of all time. You really think that people would be following just a "nice guy" for thousands of years? And even so, there is nothing that Jesus preached that isn't advice we should all follow. He wanted us to love each other and treat others the way we want to be treated. You know, human decency. So why does it matter so much to you?

Who said that Jesus was God. Jesus was the son of God and yes, Jesus was a nice guy.

He was a nice guy? What is your evidence of that? The only possible evidence you have is stories told from the gospels. Therefore you are admitting that portions of the gospels are historically accurate. (most scholars agree, the mss evidence is too profound)
So what do you do with the part where he says he is the Son of God?
And if Jesus said he was the Son of God but was lying then I guess he wasn't a nice guy at all.

If Jesus was a nice guy he would not be a liar...If we are to consider Jesus at all why not believe him and God the Father? Jesus had a purpose and was foretold by the prophets of God thousands of years before his coming...his purpose was your salvation he was named by the Father because he would save his people from their sin...If none of this strikes you as true why even consider him at all?

Jesus was a Messiah and one of the greatest Prophets of all time, but not the son of God.
Why? Because God has no partners, no relations, no trinity.
There is no God but God.
