Please I NEED TO LOSE MY BELLY FAT AND THEY SAID THE ALL FRUIT FAST WAS AMAZING. PLEASE GIVE ME INSTRUCTIONS AND WHAT EXACTLY I AM SUPPOSE TO EAT. THANKS A BUNCH

Many libraries have his books so go check it out. You can probably xerox it so you have the list of foods etc.
