How you deal with experiences makes you a stronger person. If you have any relatives or friends to lean on. Talk to them about what happening. If not a councillor would be a good idea as talking often helps you to see what you have to do and they will help you to become stronger. If him contacting you is a prblem consider about moving away from the area as this will give you a fresh new start. Finally you could start using your kids to make friends such as taking them to groups with other mothers and children. You will find it easier to make friends as you have a very big thing incommon YOUR KIDS :D good luck

I am a trained Psychiatrist.

I have 25 years of experience

Your writing seems erratic. From what I can tell you have Bipolar II and possibly the onset of Schizophrenia. You may also be suffering from ADD and OCD.
When I see Bipolar and Schizophrenia... I know it. I am an expert.

You need to be admitted to a mental hospital immediately.
Ask them to prescribe you Lithium, Effexor and Rispiridone.

You will likely stay for two months as your case sounds very severe. Be prepared for the nurses to tie you up in restraints. It is a very common thing in mental hospitals. Remember they are only trying to help you.

Once you are released from the hospital it is your responsibility to inform the DMV that you are on medication and you have Schizophrenia. They will have a hearing to asses wether you are a dangerous driver. Do not be surprised if they take away your drivers licence.

I hope that you get the help that you so desperately require.
It can take years to find the right balance of medication. Don't give up. Keep trying new medications until you find the right one.

The medications may make you feel like a zombie and they will probably make you gain forty to fifty pounds but that is a small price to pay.

Hi I stayed with 2 husbands that beat the crap out of me,
Since I left them I'm so busy loving myself that I don't give them a second thought
I also have 3 children so I know what you mean by feeling lonely,
But don't you deserve better than a lying cheating scumbag ??
He probably does it cos he thinks he can get away with it
Love you before you need anyone else too,
You deserve so much more than this

You can only be stronger If you let him go, as I didn't see your first question, I don't know how badly he has cheated on you, but although most people said yes dump him, the final say has to come from you.

but only let him go if you really want to, this is why I think your feeling as you are, I don't think you are quite sure you are at the stage to let him go. You can't be strong until you have clearly made up you mind, then and only then will you be strong enough to restart your life with your children, but without him.

I don't know your whole story but if you don't want to leave then don't just tell your stupid husband that he better not do it again and give him three things
1 PORN (it stopped me cheating is will stop him just leave him to his self and get rid of his insatiable appetite!)
2HANDCUFFS (enough said really spice up your sex life, then he wont want anyone else!)
3BE A ***** (Trust me it gets all men in line when things are not sweet at home he'll be worried sick all the time and be wondering why your in such a foul mood he'll not have time to think about anyone else)
You're not weak you are involved in a financial and parental relationship maybe sorting this out instead of leaving is really for the best. But I don't know the whole story so I can't really judge.

Hi don't worry there are lots of people out there with cheating partners but who dose he keep coming back to, i know its hard but you should try to move on as this will keep going on and on as he can't be ready to commit to you also you have a young child and need to think of them, you sound like you are frightened to be alone but what is better, he must know how you feel so think hard about how he is treating you good luck only you can decide

U have to do it for your kids, if anything, remember everytime he messes you around, not only are you getting hurt so are the kids (mentally). So sometimes you have to be cruel to be kind, be cruel to him be kind to your kids. In the long term you will be glad of what you do...........................
