There is actually no historical documentation of that happening, nor of any plagues. Only the bible speaks of it, but it doesn't say how:
Exodus 12 - That same night I will pass through Egypt and kill the first-born son in every family and the first-born male of all animals. I am the LORD, and I will punish the gods of Egypt. 13The blood on the houses will show me where you live, and when I see the blood, I will pass over you. Then you won't be bothered by the terrible disasters I will bring on Egypt.
29 At midnight the LORD killed the first-born son of every Egyptian family, from the son of the king [a] to the son of every prisoner in jail. He also killed the first-born male of every animal that belonged to the Egyptians. 30 That night the king, his officials, and everyone else in Egypt got up and started crying bitterly. In every Egyptian home, someone was dead.

The Pharaohs of that era, people who had taken over from one that Joseph helped shop, had a application of exterminating the sons of Israel. The midwives have been to kill them at initiate. God, on the concepts-blowing plague, repaid that empire for their attack on his sons, no longer certainly the firstborns. (bear in concepts Moses became the 0.33 born). Plus the firstborns weren't certainly the childrens, yet even the grown adults between the Egyptian inhabitants, who did no longer have residing firstborns. So it relatively is on the industry that between multiple people who died, they have been of the royal form and militia that tried to kill the sons of Israel.

Disease festering in the carcasses of dead animals who starved from the lack of food brought on by the locusts, which was carried by the flies.
