Christians, do you believe that watching pirated movies or listening to pirated songs is sinful? This includes movies and songs on youtube, Veoh, Google, or any other online video source that has pirated videos on it. If it is, then do you still do it regardless?

If it's openly on the internet, like youtube, what is there to make me think it is pirated? Personally I don't watch on the internet because I don't have a powerful enough computer and neither do I have the time. A few very short things on youtube that get referred from here on Answers. Is that pirated? I don't know, but I have absolutely no reason to think so.

I don't think it is. What's wrong with watching people ACTING like they are stealing? They're not really stealing, they're acting, so they're not really sinning. I think it's okay. I love Pirates of the Caribbean. Those are two of my favorite movies, and I am a devoted Evangelical Free Christian.

I love the old Pirate movies.. Errol Finn was the greatest!!.. As for stealing other peoples property.. No.. I won't own them won't watch if anyone has one. Won't allow them in my home... Jim
