How tall are you and what is your frame, as those are factors as well

You shouldn't even be thinking about losing weight. The biology of the situation is such that if you try for some kind of diet plan while you're still developing, and you'll be doing that until you're around 19 or so, you can do more harm than good. For now, eat healthy, exercise, and throw away the bathroom scale. Too many people live by it, and living by it at 14 will only give you a worse self-image.

Depending on how tall you are probably none. My wife was the same weight as you when she was 14, Her parents constantly told her how over weight she was and it serverely effected her all her life. My wife last year was at 272lbs and she decided to have the gastric bypass surgery now she is down to 163lbs and looks fabulous. I think you need to be happy with who you are and not be judged by society and the perception that a Barbie doll look is the only way to be. As a man I prefer my wife to have a curved figure and be a women not a stick figure with boney ribs. Just try to eat right and exercise or play sport through school and you will be fine. Hope this helps!!!

It depends on your height. If you cut back on junk food (sweets and fried foods, refined flours etc.) introduce healthier choices like whole grain breads, lean proteins (such as chicken, turkey, or low-fat dairy), lots of fruit, veggies and water, and start exercising for a bit each day you should be fine. You are probably still going to get a little taller, too, so don't obsess. High school is a great time to take up a new sport. Happy fitness!

Depends on your height...if you are 5'7" 135 is a good weight...5'2" is a little heavy...but not by much. Just eat plenty of vegetables and fresh fruit and get some type of exercise at least 3 times per week (for 30 minutes). Stay clear of processed foods like hot dogs, french fries, fast food. Eat small portions that have been broiled, baked, boiled, grilled, or roasted....avoid fried foods.

i'm assuming you're a girl. but that's not the only factor that should matter. how tall are you? there are a number of websites that determine your bmi based on your weight and your height. but don't let that number fool you either. a good assessment of if you're at a healthy weight is to have your body fat measured. for a girl your age, you typically want to be in the 18-23% range.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.
I found this on this website. There are more tips and info.
there's a video on success fitness too.

This all depends on your height. You'd be perfectly healthy at this weight if you were 5'5'' but a bit overweight if you are 5'0''.
To loose weight, cut your calorie intake to 1200-1500 calories per day and EXERCISE!

you dont need to loose any weight, to ne honest, alot of 14 years old weigh baout that..its ok to be 135 lbs..im 17 and im still 135lbs, just staying active and not eating right before you go to sleep will help you stay in shape, if you eat right before you go to sleep, your body turns the food into fat....your body is still developing and your going to weigh different from your friends, its not a big deal, your fine.. hope this helps

That is a question for your doctor. Furthermore, you don't mention your height, so there's nothing for me to go in. Check your Body Mass Index here: http://apps.nccd.cdc.gov/dnpabmi/Calculator.aspx
and then talk to your doctor if you still think you need to lose weight.

Don't look at scale. How about think before you eat.
Make a better choice for food and do some walking or a jog.
If you aren't playing spring sports.
Drink water, opt for salads - and so no to sweets.

In no time you will feel better. If you are tall you shouldn't worry you are going to still grow some. :O)
