When did marriage become something to just do on impulse? You said yourself that you did not love him and that should be all that you have to say. Don't get married to him only to be divorced later down the road. DOn't listen to these people telling you that you can learn to love him later because that doesn't cut it. I know the sex maybe good and that he has money but don't use him like that. I'm sure that he loves you very much and would not take kindly to being treated in that way.
Don't fall into the trap of the gold digger that's not a good look. If you don't have enough love to marry him then I suggest that you just let it go. Besides isn't a marriage supposed to be based off love? What else do you marry for if not for love? Think of how you would feel if the shoe was on the other foot and it was him that was marring you for your money and sex.
Good luck

Money and sex won't make you happy, so I won't marry someone that I wasn't in love with or didn't care about cause chances are once we get married he would feel me not being happy and he still would be lonely, if that makes sense.

NO. The thrill of sex doesn't always last too long, the money may run out, then you'll be left with a bloke you don't care for

Depends if you believe in life after death. If you believe this life is it, then you should do what want that makes you happy. If do believe in life after death you may end up being guilty through reflection of your life. Do what you feel you should do, rather what you think you should do.
