i like this guy and i thought he liked me back. Hes a nice guy and not a player and for a couple of months we have been getting closer and hes been inituating a lot of flirting like touching each other and joking about us being 2gether. My friend also told me he told her he liked me.I knew he liked some1 else as well which i was fine about but from the way he was acting around the two of us i had thought he liked me more. I told him how i felt last week and he said he thought it was best if we were just friends cos he didnt feel the same. Which i took n i was fine about.In the last couple of days though, cos things have got back to normal, iv noticed him doing lots of little things like, subtely copying my movements and moving his leg closer to mine if i mov mine away from his. Also whenever we speak his eyes pretty much stay on my lips, and when he isnt looking at them he looks straight into my eyes. Im really confused, do you think he does like me or am i reading to much into it?

Maybe hes seeing how you really feel
Maybe he chose the other girl
Maybe he just wants to be friends like he said, friend or boyfriend he ain't going to push you away if things are good, but he may not want you too get too close so he backed you off himself

i think its point blank. if he says he doesnt like you, he doesnt. we ladies are known to get emotionally attached to guys so quickliy!! if the guy really liked you, he would do everything to let you know, from doing extra things for you, devoting time for you, and all that jazz. it could just be lust. if a guy is not willing to share the way he feels about you, then he is not worth it! if he says he doesnt like you, dont push the issue.. move on. besides, once he sees that u are not interested, chances are he will go for the chase!!

If he said remain friends . REMAIN FRIENDS . Tell him when he moves any part of his body near you "Is that what friends do? I think not" and move your body away from him. Let him see you date others. If he is interested in you beyond friendship , he will want to make sure you don't find anybody else and he will TELL YOU HE CARES FOR YOU don't do anything unless he makes it clear he wants you

Being in a relationship can really ruin the friendship. Maybe he just wants to be your friend becuz he doesn't want the friendship hurt. ♥

this is my opinion only but from my personal experience. he is scared of commitment. i too said that for a while (a year) before i told my (now wife) significant other that i wanted a serious relationship. you've just got to be patient.
