Maybe try some face tightening cream so your cheeks don't look so pudgy.

I happen to use the Oxycise exercise videos/system. It's a video series using the power of deep breathing with stretches that really tones you up. Here's my point: in that series, they teach you how to breathe deeply and it honestly tones your face. So, here goes my attempt at a description of what I do. First, smile and I mean REALLY SMILE! Pull your cheeks taut, breathe in and hold it for a few seconds, an then breathe out slowly, but purse your lips like your breathing through a straw, still holding your cheeks as taut as you can. It really does work!

Open and close your mouth wide as possible. Do this 5 or 6 times. Stretch your neck back until you feel the muscles pull in your throat when you close your mouth. Do this very forcefully.
It works your cheek and neck muscles really well.
I am a senior citizen and have no jowls at all after doing this for many years.

I smoke so I would take the cellophane(I think that's how it is spelled) off the pack and fold it about 5 or 6 times and chew on it and it would tighten my jaw and cheeks.If you don't smoke you could probably chew gum or a piece of a drinking straw for the same effects(a lot healthier than smoking)

Yes tighten up your cheeks and make the movements like you are saying Owl or Owwww and you can feel it working. Also, watch your sodium and go into a sauna. Sweat Sweat Sweat!

Working out a muscle in a certain area does not decrease fat in that area.
To decrease fat you have to do fat burning cardiovascular excercise and diet.

it depends on how old you are i know a person that is almost 30 and still has a little baby fat on her cheeks maybe you just havent' grown out of them yet !!

well, that is alittle weird to ask. if you exercise and drop weight, you will lose weight in your face as well. you could try opening your mouth really wide and then closing your mouth shut. see if it works, if not maybe your cheeks are just naturally puffy.
