No you cannot, there is 100% consensus on this issue in the Muslim world.
However there are people who still do it, but their marriages are invalid.
Usually when a non-Muslim man falls in love with a Muslim woman he converts. I have several relatives who have been in this situation and masha'allah they have become great Muslims beyond just "need to be Muslim to get married".
A Muslim man can marry a Christian woman or a Jew. I've seen this happen many times, but I would HIGHLY NOT suggest it. The men end up converting to christanity/judaism or the children become very confused.

a non mulsim man has to convert to islam to be able to marry a muslim woman, whereas a muslim man is allowed to marry non muslim women. it has to do with the children's religion, if a muslim woman marries a non muslim their kids would take the dad's religion.

The marraige would not be valid. Sex would be considerd adultery.
It says in the quraan that you can under a very specific circumstance and is totally out of context in these times
Im not sure but i think it had something to do with when you invade a new country and the women are widowed or something like that

it is against a woman 2 marry a nonmuslim man. But vise versa works

from what i know you can and i am muslim but it is better to marry a beleiving woman than a non beleiver

No but possible under one condition if he converts to Islam but no for the sake of teh marriage but because he believes in it.

I believe it is against islamic law and know that muslim women have been killed for just dateing none muslims. so the answer is no unless you are planning to go into hiding.
