I forget what it's called, but I know there is one herb that helps cure headaches, and is also a breath freshener. (besides peppermint)

well I'm not sure this is the answer you are looking for, but Lavender enhances the relaxing alpha waves in the brain, explains some doctors, shower with lavender-scented soap
another trigger for headaches is dehydration.....drink plenty of water,.... and last, another cure for tension headache instantly is to stand up and clasp your hands behind your back, with arms straight, lift your hands as high as you can, hold for 10 seconds and repeat 3 times, tight nerves in your shoulders and neck send signals to your brain.......hope this helps

feverfew has been known to cure headaches, but i don't know about using it for a mint...
