What really determines whether someone goes to hell or not is sin. Even though we can only go to heaven through Jesus Christ, there were good people who were faithful to God in the old testament but didn't know about Jesus. They'll eventually go to heaven. But people who deliberately reject God's salvation and choose to go on sinning will go to hell.

this concept of hell assumes a God that's no longer even clever adequate to establish an ordinary academic container expedition and get each and every of the student abode properly. How possibly is that? the concept that God became no longer clever adequate to have arise with a plan to get all and sundry lower back abode properly one hundred% of the time is largely an ordinary loss of religion. believe that the authentic God had this discovered long in the previous any people ever have been given right here. that's what authentic faith feels like. I was just thinking about this!
Of course not!
God, if it exists, is not stupid enough to ignore upbringing and so forth in a person's life choices.
The idea is to be GOOD, not Christian or what have you.
Jesus reached out to the Gentiles, did he not?

i've answered similar questions before, here's my take - as a practicing witch, my christian friends say i will not go to heaven, i am doomed to hell forever. but my arguement is that their god is all knowing and all forgiving (so i've heard) and he knows what a good person i am, and when i die, he will forgive me for not being on the right path (if he does exist) and then i will go to heaven (if it does exist) but if my own religion is true (as i believe it is) then i will go to the summerland when i die and wait to be reborn. either way i win : )
moral of the story is to be a good person, and you will be rewarded, no matter which path you follow

No way.
God is a loving God and would not do a thing like that.

I agree and I'd say that the god I believe in doesn't care what religion you are.

Absolutely, positively NOT. No respectable religion would say that; unfortunately evangelical do believe that. And they are wrong.
