If you ask a Muslim, yes. "Islam" means 'submission to God', and for many Muslims, Christianity teaches submission to God. Also, the belief in the 'Trinity' is not common with all Christians, just about 2/3 of them. The only 'essential' parts of being Muslim are the 5 pillars. Christians can do those without denying Christ. So for Muslims, many Christians would 'technically' be Muslims by definition (submitted to God), but in believing Christ is God's Son, they just wouldn't follow every tenet of the Qu'ran.
If you ask most Christians, no. "Christianity" means accepting Jesus as the Son of God. Since Islam doesn't proclaim that, Christianity labels it as non-Christian. However, certain Christian denominations accept the possibility that Muhammed could have been inspired by God in a limited way, just errant in some of his later-adopted philosophies.

No. And that is if you ask a Muslim or a Christian.
Christians believe Jesus is the Son of God, and the incarnation of God on Earth as a human being, just like you an I.
For Muslims, Jesus is a Prophet. And saying that Jesus is the Son of God ( or God ) is saying that God is not One..
So no, you have to choose betwenn the two , becaus even though the two religions are practicly identical, they have this big big difference that you cannot forget.

It's not possible
The Bible itself reveals those doctrines that are essential to the Christian faith. They are 1) the Deity of Christ, 2) Salvation by Grace, and 3) Resurrection of Christ, and 4) the gospel. These are the doctrines the Bible says are necessary. Though there are many other important doctrines, these four are the only ones that are declared by Scripture to be essential. A non-regenerate person, or a cultist , will deny one or more of these essential doctrines. Please note that there are other derivative doctrines of scripture that become necessary also, the Trinity being one.

It wouldn't make sense since Christians believe Jesus IS god and Muslims believe Jesus was a good man. On the other hand, there are "Jews for Jesus" and that doesn't make much sense either.

Yes Islam acknowledges christanity and Jesus as the prophet of God just like Muhammed but the belief in the trinity is in complete contradiction with Islam. You should read both and see where your mind and heart leads to and please don't give your ears to the ignorant peopleon yahoooanswers who find pleasure in disrespecting religion without studying it especially islam

Jesus and Mohammad had the same message. Every true Christian and every true Muslim will recognize each other as brothers.
