Like if I had $100 million, could I start one?

Why would you want to??? You'd have to borrow out the money to customers and risk them not paying you back. Too much work if you ask me.

If you fill out all the proper governmental paperwork (both state and federal), then you can start your own bank and issue credit cards.

100 million is a pretty small amount to start a bank, though.

Sure, but following and trust from a customer base would be needed to get it to be profitable. Also, with lobbying and big corporate businesses running the United States right now.... that would be very unlikely to succeed. But good luck!

no you need more capital...that would be like only 2000 customers who could only have 2500 dollars for two months
