no not really being full is your bodies way of saying stop eating. besides they say when you start feeling full your stomach is already full and now your over ful

Yes, but be prepared to gain weight when you do. You should eat only when hungry, stop when you're not hungry & never take seconds just because it tastes good. Wait about 20 minutes before taking seconds or having dessert, just to see if you really are still hungry. Besides when you keep eating after you've had enough, it leaves one feeling very bloated & uncomfortable.

You should not eat when you are full, it can give you a stomach ache as well as affect your weight.
